What you need to know about the KOHLMAN CUP |
The 1998 and 1999 Regional All-Star teams will participate in a Round Robin tournament in Eagle River March 24 and 25, 2012 There will be a total of ten games in each tournament. The 2012 KOHLMAN CUP will be held
in Eagle River for the
2000 birth years players and at the Madison Ice Arena
for the 1999 birth years players. Each team will be guaranteed three games. The top two teams will play a fourth game during the weekend to decide the Kohlman Cup Champion.
The winning team will have their name inscribed on the Kohlman Cup trophy that will be displayed in the Wisconsin Hockey Hall of Fame in Eagle River. WAHA officials will select an "All Tournament" team in both age classifications at the conclusion of each tournament.
The All Tournament teams will participate in a high
performance training session with the head coach of the
NAHL's Janesville Jets and also play in a summer
tournament as |
